A Short Viewing Vacation

It's very important for you to see what is available for you to buy at the time of your enquiry as there are many developments currently in production within Orlando, Florida.
At different stages of the developments certain offers become available to the purchaser i.e. furniture packages, closing costs paid, pool and spa packages and, in some instances, a guaranteed period of rental income. It is still important to choose the correct property but sometimes just by being in the right place at the right time you can pick up a bargain.
At The Investment Property Shop we will organise a short break for you to go to Florida and look at various developments. There, you can view potential properties that are available within your price range. This visit will give you a feel for the area and a sense of the ever growing property market Florida has to offer the investor.
These small business trips are usually arranged for four days including travelling. We can organise your flights for you and will provide you with hotel accommodation during your stay. You pay for your flights but, if you decide to purchase with ourselves the full cost of your flights and 3 nights accommodation will be fully reimbursed on completion of your holiday home.
Day1
You will arrive at Orlando International Airport where you will be picked up by limousine and taken to your hotel. The flight arrival time will obviously plan your day, if you can get a flight to arrive in Orlando at approximately three to five pm local time, then you will not feel so tired by the end of the day. Make sure you get a good nights sleep as the following day will be quite busy.
Day 2 & 3
You will be picked up by one of our representatives at your hotel at around 9.30am, from here you will visit many developments and show homes to get a picture of what fantastic value for money you get from houses in Florida.
If you find the property that suits your requirements the contract can then be completed with the help of the representative. At this stage a $5000 deposit needs to be payed to secure the property and price, this is refundable if you then change your mind on your return to the UK.
There are two important things to do then. Firstly, you need to arrange your American bank account with a well established bank. From this account you will be able to make all of your payments i.e. mortgage payments etc, to do this you will need your driving license and passport.
Secondly, you need to arrange your funding for the property. If you are not paying cash we suggest you wait until your return home where we can discuss the options with you to minimise your tax liability and to get the best mortgage deal.

Once you are happy with all details of your new purchase your time is your own. Hopefully you will have the chance to visit a theme park and visit one of the amazing shopping malls.
Day 4
You will be picked up at your hotel by limousine three to four hours before your scheduled flight home and taken to the airport.
