Chelsea’s Landing will be a master planned resort community with the elegant lifestyle and ambiance of the Mediterranean captured in a spectacular setting. Chelsea’s Landing consists of 160 spacious and luxurious four bedroom Mediterranean style villas. The fully landscaped garden includes a heated pool complete with screened enclosures with two access doors and ten foot privacy walls. The villas will have Spanish tiled roofs, corbels, Mediterranean accents and double car arages/carports.All villas include two master suites.

Golfing packages with shuttles to Champions Gate Golf Course will be one of the many services available to our guests. Chelsea’s Landing will be Disney friendly with shuttles to all the Disney parks through the Disney Transportation Center.

All owners and their guests will become members of the Resort Clubhouse with its elegant lobby, 24 hour check-in, executive center, meeting spaces, sports bar, restaurant, game room and fitness center.
